The problem we are solving.
The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in collaboration with Specure GmbH, operates a measurement platform designed to continuously assess and monitor the quality of service (QoS) for the most widely used broadband packages in the country. This includes both fixed and mobile networks.
The consumer and regulator portals aim to provide insights for a better understanding of the collected broadband KPIs using automated measurements (fixed probes). These portals provide real-time insights into the customer experience.
